CAR BOTTOM WASHING

Washercar produces a highly efficient fully automated car bottom, wheel arch and rim wash. The purpose of such a car wash is to clean the surface of the car under the influence of a water jet with high kinetic energy, without human intervention and mechanical impact on the car.

This equipment, installed at the entrance to the premises or in a self-service bay, will help to avoid the spread of dirt and thus reduce the cost of maintaining cleanliness.

The underbody washer is designed primarily for washing the underbody of passenger cars and can be installed in covered parking lots. It is also adapted for washing trucks, with the possibility of placing it on construction sites, warehouses and depots.

The high pressure (depending on the modification) is provided by a high-pressure centrifugal pump with the following characteristics: min 7.5 kW, 150 bar, 150 l/min (for cars) and max 18.5 kW, 150 bar, 360 l/min (for trucks). As the wastewater accumulates in the existing buried sump, it is necessary to call sewage trucks (sludge trucks) to dispose of the waste water. Water and waste removal is carried out by specialized organizations with the obligatory conclusion of a contract.
