INSULATED CANOPY

A variant of the canopy for a self-service car wash of a closed type. Developed in a modern design that has advantages for cold regions and is in demand in winter. Made in a combination of several materials: plastic panels, double-glazed windows, black galvanized metal and composite material, equipped with a mechanical device for entry and exit, which allows you to open and close the gate without using your own strength.

Features.

• Construction. Made of ferrous metal, collapsible. Hot-dip galvanized with a thickness of at least 60-70 microns.
• Roof. Made in an inclined design of galvanized corrugated roofing.
• Profile supports. Sheathed with composite material, in a specially volumetric design for visual appearance
• Frieze. The frame is made of ferrous metal, sheathed with composite material around the perimeter of the entire structure, with complex visual elements, using stainless steel, plastic panels, composite materials.
• Technical room. Made of 100mm sandwich panels. Individually, the facade of the room is made of tinted double-glazed windows.
• Walls. Sheathed around the perimeter with sandwich panels in combination with double-glazed windows for more lighting in the boxes.
• Gates. Made of standard sandwich panels, have an automatic or manual opening mechanism. Depending on the location, they can be installed both at the entrance and exit.
• Partitions between the posts. Made of 20mm window plastic or 10mm tinted triplex laminated glass.
• Frieze illumination. Performed around the perimeter of the sink. Internal illumination of plastic.
